Please check our usage. We just purchased additional 2 GB and they disappeared in one day. No computer upgrades, just limited/normal email and a little Facebook. Thanks for any help...we can't go on like this!

I purchased $30 additional usage (3gigs), in 3-4 days.  I had talked to a CS rep (he said it was my fault), and sent messages and finally I think the glitch is fixed, but what about reimbursement (which I mentioned in my messages) for usage that was their fault!!  I am not getting any response from Viastat on this issue and billing is coming up in 6 days.
