Buyer beware!!! If you don’t have to use Viasat, please don’t. I cannot post the background of issues I’ve had with this company. I’ll just say, Viasat owes me $315.90 which has not been refunded. Beware that they will bill your payment method even after they have concluded you owe them nothing. I’ve spend hours on the customer service line with someone somewhere telling me they are sorry but have yet to fix the issue. Your customer service will never get better and you will not be helped. I was a customer with them for over 5 years and I can honestly say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Please keep all your records. When you cancel you’re service BEWARE!!!! Keep the tracking number from UPS!! They lie to you and say they did not receive your equipment. Wherever their customer service people are located don’t talk to the people in the US (where you send the equipment) to even recognize that it has been received. TRUST ME PLEASE THIS COMPANY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO GIVE YOU THE BRUSH OFF AND TRY TO MILK YOU FOR EVERY LAST DIME. I don’t want to hear of anyone having to go through what I am going through right now! This has been a almost two month battle with this company. THEY DO NOTHING!!!!
