Plan package question for a Exede Employee

I just got on Exede Dec. 23th and I have the evolution package 15 gb for the first 6 months and 5gb thereafter! So My question is at the end of my Plan on the 23/24 of this month can I switch to the freedom plan and get the remaining months of the promo and at the promo price of $69.99? Because I dont believe 15 GB will be enough for me!

I have the same thought's. I'm on the 10/20 for 6 mo's, then back to 10. I do believe the Evolution plan got bumped up to 10 Gig's after the 6 month bonus is up. Not sure it's for all areas though, one of the K girls will chime in and answer that for you.

I asked the same question about 3 months ago, and the phone help girl did not think it would carry over if I moved up in Gig's. But then I asked Kimberly (Exede) and she said I could. I think the way she worded it, I might get the bonus retroactive. Meaning, minus the months I have already used.

I would like to hear it again from one of the Exede Girls just to know for sure. Like you, I think I will need more Gig's and the cheapest way to by them is included in the package, instead of $10 a pop.

Just an idea, hope it helps.

Yeah Everett Thats what I am hoping for which would give me 5 months more on my promo, Sure hope I am able to do that in about 3 weeks! Yeah it is certainly cheaper to buy a package instead of buying a gig for $10

Holy moley, I work hard to stay under 25GB I can't imagine staying under only 5GB. If you do reset to such a small cap make sure you are very fastidious with your network management. Most of your devices by default will gobble up data by default as we live in a cloud connected world these days. You'll need to go through and set specific settings on nearly every device and if you use Facebook you'll need to take steps there to prevent FB from automatically precaching videos.

While I'm no expert I can give you some advice on most common devices and operating systems. The longer toothed champions here likely have lots of suggestions too.

Sorry, I meant if you don't or are unable to upgrade. But network management is critical to any Exede plan, just look at all the posts of people unexpectedly hitting caps.

Yeah If I cant upgrade and keep the promo I may limit my video use until after my promo is up and then upgrade
