plan change needs

not happy with Liberty 12 plan, and not at all happy that I can't view the plans to upgrade to...have 20 days left in my cycle trying to watch Netflix in standard def settings is annoying when every few minutes it times out with the little red circle and sometimes lose the audio......wt heck?

What's wrong with your Liberty 12 plan?

Liberty 12 isn't intended to let you stream Netflix during prime time after you have used your 12 GB of priority data. It is supposed to be slow during prime time.

Liberty 12 is awesome for streaming video during the day, Monday through Friday.

You can call them and see what plan options are available to you. However, in the very near future there are going to be new plans rolled out, and you might see something there you like better.

Set your Netflix playback setting to AUTO.  Log into Netflix on your computer and go to your account.

Go into playback settings.  AUTO will stream at YOUR best rate for your connection.
