I use face book often.For the last week, photos in posts, are not shown, just a white, empty box, plus, face book videos only run for a few seconds and stop. Aggravated and frustrated doesn't quite cover how I feel.

Charley check your settings up in the right hand corner on the little lock of  your facebook page. Sometimes it changes, the videos should be turned off.

Bobbie, I THINK I have seen this "lock" you are referring to, but it is not visible now. I have clicked on everything I have come across FOR DAYS. VIASAT, I am told, is not able to control bandwidth for customers. Some are receiving too little. Like me, on the 12th of the month, I received an email stating I had used 7 GB of my allowed monthly 10 GB. I've had this program 3 years and NEVER had a problem until just a few months ago and now, every month I have an issue with how much bandwidth I have used, plus, these issues in performance are REALLY slapping me in the back of the head. I have a severe mental disorder and I live alone. I no longer watch TV or listen to music. The internet is my only connection to the outside world. I need help here, not more stress. I invite any and all suggestions.

It's on your facebook home page at the top far right it's a little lock just click on it and you can adjust your face book. Be sure to turn videos off. You can still watch them but half to click on them.

okay, I had already stopped auto play the last time I was dealing with reaching my cap premeturely. Just a few minutes ago, the images on my monitor were jumping up and down, violently. Right after that, I was bombarded with download requests for Exede security. It repeated itself 20 times. I turned the computer off. What's going on? This is nuts.

Charlie, is it possible that you are DAPed? A slow connection often gives results like you are explaining.

yes, on the 12th, I got a message I was up to 7 GB. No way I used that much. Today, the 18th, I started with 9.7 GBs. I'm sure I am maxed out by now, running down info on how to conserve data. My stress level is waaay beyond my recommended maximum. These people need to get their sht together. I assure you, they do not want to see me kick an office door open, wanting to DISCUSS this BS in person.

sorry, but I have a severe mental disorder and this BS is aggravating my anxiety and major depression. I don't know my account number or where to look for it and I don't have a clue as to how to email whomever with a link to this post, PLUS, no clue as how to find EXEDE ALEX. I was hoping someone with EXEDE could help me.

Charley on the Facebook thing it might be Facebook acting up. Does it do it all the time?? A couple of times when I have been on Facebook I can't get anyone's profile picture. Or maybe can't get someone's cover picture when I'm on there page.Since I know that I'm no where near having used all my data I figure just them. Then when try later or another day everything is okay.~~If you haven't used up all your data try shutting down your computer. Unplug your modem for 2 minutes. Plug modem back in. Wait for all the blue lights to come on steady. Then turn on your computer. Wait until it is all booted up  and then try Facebook again. Maybe that will work for you. I do hope so. I know things can get you down. Try and have a good day. Helen
