Phishing scheme from WildBlue Account

SysAdmin from CT here. I'd like to advise Wildblue/Exede support that a user "" is STILL operting a phishing scheme from his/her account. This has been reported nearly 6mos ago and since the details remain exactly the same I've attached the previous report below:

This is to advise you that a member of your email community is operating a phishing scheme and has sent out the following email this morning. Contents are below. If I do a REPLY, the above email address is used as the receipient email address.

Our security team is currently investigating recent phishing emails and we have been successful at targeting the source to put a halt to some of these scams. I would suggest updating your password for added security. Could you please forward the email you received to, this would be very helpful for our team to locate the source of the email. Please be cautious that you don’t give any personal information to this scam, if the link has been clicked malicious attacks could possibly happen to your email. Thank you
