Perhaps A Better Title Will Get Someone to Respond

If there's a better way to actually get someone from tech support to reply, please let me know. I've called many, many times. I sent an email to tech support. I posted it all publicly and for a minute there I thought it was going somewhere but all communication just stopped. 

ExedeKarmin, ExedeKimberly or any other ExedeK name, can someone please get back to me? Here is the original thread:

I'm also interested in higher data caps and would pay for them at a reasonable rate. I don't consider $10/GB reasonable if arranged and contracted ahead of time. I don't know why they won't even offer a larger data plan.

That being said, we've had spotty service over the last couple of days like someone else posted about. I figured it was weather related ("there's ice in them-there clouds"), but perhaps it's not.

I have not received a new email yet this morning. If the email you sent
was in response to your previous case (or forwarded), I am not able to see it as I do
not have ownership of it. When you send your email, please leave all
previous case numbers etc. out of the fields. Putting those numbers in
the selected fields will reroute the email to another department. Please
send a brand new email to exedelistens@viasat.com with "ExedeKim" in the subject line and I will continue to keep a lookout. Thank you.
