payment date but says 0 dollars & phone not working

writing this for my mom , she dosnt have a facebook she is an exede costomer & has given me permission to discus her account. today is my billing due date , the data usage reset to 0.0 gigs used, but the bill says $0.00. yesterday i got a message saying i was suspended for past due bill, it was not due yet. you fixed the internet but not my phone. it still says disabled message 8. trying to pay my bill today but cant call any numbers and it still says 0 dollars. your technician cut my phone line so cant use a regular phone ever again. im 77 years old and its mothersday. i need to use the phone and want to pay my exede internet bill.this will be my second payment.

You or she needs to call 855-463-9333, email her account information and, an explanation of the problem to exedelistens@viasat.com or, log in to exede.net and use live chat.

cant call anyone , message 8. im logged into my.exede.net it only has chat offline & nothing opens. turned off popup blocker and still nothing.

You know no one with a cell phone that would let you place a call? If chat is offline, it's because it's Sunday, not as many reps there on weekends. Try that later or tomorrow, or email exedelistens@viasat.com and wait a day of two for them to get to your email.
