I cannot get online at least 50% of the time, daily slow load in speed and live streaming interruptions, basically can't stream, and I'm paying for the highest plan. None of this is caused by any of my devices on my part. I also had to shut down my internet store, as I could not guarantee My customers that I could even get online to fill orders. Nor can my husband work from home.What can I do about this bad service? It says it's a 24 month contract, I'm at about 14 months of basically useless internet/wifi payments.
