Trouble with Liberty 50.

I cannot get online at least 50% of the time, daily slow load in speed and live streaming interruptions, basically can't stream, and I'm paying for the highest plan. None of this is caused by any of my devices on my part. I also had to shut down my internet store, as I could not guarantee My customers that I could even get online to fill orders. Nor can my husband work from home.What can I do about this bad service? It says it's a 24 month contract, I'm at about 14 months of basically useless internet/wifi payments.

Same here. Cheaper plan but useless. I have been waiting weeks just to get online from home to leave this message. I have to do my work at the library or from 1-5 in the morning. I sure got taken by exede. I think we have 6 months to go. Never again.

I will have my tech tried the advice you emailed me.   We all wonder here why you do not show a problem when we have had NO internet.  Strange it has been better since I reported the problem.  I understand Natali's problem.  We have had it also.  If your suggestion doesn't work we will have to find another carrier and take the lost.

Thank you Matt, I'll be calling in, and I'm asking to cancel. I've lost to much, it is effecting my life in a major way, when you have to leave your home to do your work, it is a problem.

None of this is caused by any of my devices on my part.
Could you please take another very close look at how your network is set up on your end and how and what programs are installed on your computer(s)?  I suspect that all of your problems are there.  Another thing I would look for, were it me having those problems, is malware.  I have the Liberty 12 plan, speed limit the internet connection on my end to 0.15 Mbps (about 3X dial up) using a speed limit of my choice that I put in place and can change at any time, and I have none of the problems you are describing.  Further, I also maintain websites and have no problem doing so.

Thank you for your advice, I'm glad you don't have any of these issues.
But I do. I've change my plan a few times. None of them helped in any way, its actually got worse after moving up to the 50gig plan, absolutely spotty.
There is nothing wrong with any of my devices they are cleaned and cleared regularly, properly set.
I do not have issues anyplace else I go,.
When it effects your work life the line has to be drawn in my view, I'm going to make the call and have my account canceled , and find a service that is reliable.
