Pay to fix then pay for service?

I have water in the lense on the dish. Why is it that I have to pay to get this issue fixed? Are not these devices supposed to be outdoor rated? I don't feel it is fair to be forced to pay for a failure in equipment.

Is it fair for the technician that will have to drive to your location and, repair the dish to not get paid for doing the work?

The Easy Care plan is available to make service calls easier to afford, you pay a small monthly fee every month rather than a larger service charge all at once. You can callĀ 855-463-9333 to have Easy Care added to your account.

You would think the lease fee, would help with that? If you been with exede over 2 years, after your contract runs out, you start paying about $10.00 a month. $120.00 a year. I have been with exede for 8 years plus that's over $960.00, I probably paid for the modem, cable, dish, and tria by now.

I don't know, every satellite modem I find for sale, and they still wouldn't work with Exede service, is 1400.00 to 1500.00 USD. One has no USA coverage, the other does but at a cost of about 1500.00 USD per month for 1 GB. Seems we have a pretty good deal with Exede. :)

Hi Sean,

I can't recommend the EasyCare enough. You get a free service call and as long as you keep it 90 days after you won't have to pay the $95 fee for the technician to come out.
