I had wild blue email & haven’t been a customer since they changed name. They said we could still get email, but all I see is messages from 2015. How can I see current.

Hi

If you don't have the Wildblue service or Exede or Viasat you won't be able to check the email as it's tied to the service. By that I'll mean the wildblue.net emails

My son was still using his which was our plan, for a couple years. I think he still has it & isn’t connected with this company at all. Strange

Brad is correct.  Your Wildblue/Exede/Viasat should no longer work once you end the service.  It is why I continue to recommend to people DON'T use the email address provided by your ISP.  Use a much more reliable free email service such as Gmail or Yahoo.

With that said I believe we give about 30 days to keep it active so you can properly migrate over to a new platform.
