passwords and data usage

I seem to be using a lot of data I don't play games or do much  you tube stuff. Mainly check email and read stuff on twitter. since the 28 th of oct. I have used 10.5 gb not sure on what oh well I will never know because wildblue cant tell me.I have called 3 times now for password info and was given new temporary password 3 times and right after hanging up with wildblue I could not use the new password what gives. How am I going to check my usage when I cant access my account. I am looking for a new provider im getting tired of this I know this wll get me nowhere but at least I got to vent it out

I am having the same problem. The temporary passwords given to me do not work to get to my Excede/Wild Blue account...what now?

First, lets clear those browsers. CCleaner will do that for you, it's free to use.

Now, with a clean browser, try to log in again. If that does not work, try a different browser. I know there are some log in issues going on right now but, usually reloading the page a few times gets you in. If you try 3 different browsers and, still cannot log in, send and email with your account information to
