Have fast speeds and not over limits. Video streaming is buffering at 600kbs to 1.5mps and in very poor quality. What can be done about this?

The Video Data Extender is probably the culprit.

What data plan do you have?  The Unlimited plans will stream video at particular resolutions, so if you're on Unlimited Bronze and are trying to stream higher than 360p, you're going to have problems.  Check here for information on the Unlimited plans, and their options.

If you're on pretty much any other plan, you have the option to enable/disable the Video Data Extender.  For info on how to do that, click here.

In any event, you'll find that your best bet is to make sure the resolution settings on the streaming site is set to automatic.

Try running through a VPN. That will bypass the video resolution downgrader no matter what plan you are on.
