overcharged paymenents

I was double charged for this months bill.  Talked to a rep last week who said they were starting the refund process, no refund yet and called again.  The charge on my bill magically disappearing, very unhappy about their services and their choice of lying representatives.  He didn't even mark it in my notes. Furious. Gonna find a better internet provider. This is ridiculous to do to people.

Please email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com and I'll take a look for you. Sometimes this happens if you make a payment right after it automatically drafts or vice versa.

If the charge “magically” disappeared then that would be an issue with your financial institution, not Viasat. Only you bank can do that. If it was Viasat it would show the withdrawal then deposit.

can take 3-4 days for your credit / debt card to reverse the charge also. if its off your viasat bill its on your financial institution now

That's exactly right. Once we hit the refund approval it's up to the financial institution to accept and some can take 3-5 days
