I had it installed on Monday and by Wednesday knew it was all bad. Then Customer "Care" wants to charge me another UNDISCLOSED fee for "early termination" of an add on package of voice of $50.00 after already charging me $29.99 on a service advertised to be $19.99 a month for the first six (6) months aside from the nearly $9.00 a month is taxes, fees and surcharges I asked about before agreeing to take their service which by the way their "Customer Care" agent denied those same charges were valid even on direct specific and particular questioning. After NOW reading the other problem posts I am very happy my Credit Card company is on my side. Once the "pending" charges become actual charges they will be barred from billing my card and the CHASE will file all disputed charges and govern themselves according to my directions. Oh also this company now wants me to keep their voice module aside from the $50.00 early termination fee for a voice service which has/had NO TIME requirements affixed when agreed to.
