Overcharged by almost $33

I upgraded to the Freedom plan last month and instead of being charged just the regular price, I was charged $133.21. My monthly bill is supposed to be $100.95 (I was given a $10 per month credit as incentive to upgrade).
Considering Freedom plan is half the speed of the previous plan, I'm rather annoyed by this.

It may depend on the date (maybe in the middle of your old plans billing date) when you changed plans..More than likely you were billed for the partial month's use from your old plan plus a full month's charges for your new Freedom plan.

If that's the case your next month's bill should return to normal..

That's most likely the case. Unless you changed right when your billing date occurred you're going to see a prorated fee since you're always paying a month in advance. Anytime something is changed you'll see a prorated charge or credit depending on what you do.

So, will I be credited for the extra $ I was charged? Because the data I had already used for the older plan was deducted from the data for the Freedom plan. If I was given the full 150Mb upon starting the Freedom plan I could understand the extra charge, but I wasn't. I was charged what should be the correct monthly amount at the next billing period-- no reduction.

"Considering Freedom plan is half the speed of the previous plan, I'm rather annoyed by this."  The Freedom plan has the same speeds as any other plan.  Your speed should be the same as your previous plan.

Unfortunately, I've been getting horrible speeds on Freedom plan. I don't know why, but I've consistently been getting less than 3Mb down when I previously was getting around 20Mb down. There really is no reason for the speeds to be slower, but they are.
