I signed up for exede internet at the end of November to the 12 gig data, 25mb download speedImage: https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net.... I then noticed that this was not going to be enough data after about 2 weeks of usage. I then upgraded to the silver plan and had to wait for almost a month and half to get the new modem that was required to use with this plan. During the use of the new silver plan I then experienced buffering and choppy pictures and this is at $100 dollar a month!! I upgrade to the gold 30 download speed and unlimited data plan at 160+ dollars a month and still I am experiencing buffering and choppy pictures....?! I don't understand how they can charge so much for such poor quality internet service... I never had this problem with century link. I was unable to attach my vudu test speed but it said I can only watch movies at 480 SD I was told with the current gold 30 I could watch HD 720 my connection never goes past 1.2 upload speed. I try to stream sling tv and it still buffers and pauses even hardwired to my router which is also hardwired to my modem. I just want out of this terrible plan and should not be locked into a contract with something that does not deliver what it says it's going to.
