i HAVE THE EXEDE FREEDOM 150 PLAN AND i'M  ALL READY AT  94GBS AFTER ONLY 8 DAYS NOTHING HAS CHANGED iN MY HOUSEHOLD i'M ON SSI ON  A FIXED  INCOME AND  I ALREADY PAY $110.00 A MONTH AND   LAST MONTH WAS THE ONLY MONTH I GOT TO  130GBS IN 30 DAYS  NOW   IT SAYS 94GBS IN 8 DAYS  CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE.

my ma and i are to on ssi. but yet ive had wonderful and good services with exede. maybe you have too many devices connected to it and also while the devices are connected to it. itll download updates automatically. so therefore if ya have wifi, then id suggest putting a password onto your wifi. cause then someone else can use up your wifi without a password. BUT!!! if yall put a password then you wont have you data eaten up.

so therefore put a password on it. THEN disconnect ALL devices when your done using the wifi on it. thats how i am able to manage my data. cause you NEED to keep an eye onto your data. also you NEED to manage your data. and stuff. its alotta work but even though my ma and i are on ssi (yes both of us) you need to learn to manage it. ive been at managing my data for like YEARS!!! like 3 years :3 its really NOT that hard to learn if yall know what i mean. :3

We are in service area 328, which is currently not talking any new customers. We are on the liberty 18 plan and for the past several months get to liberty pass fairly quickly. We do have several devices but most of the time we, as a family of 5, manage them ok. Our data usage skyrockets because of visitors, we've had plenty of late. So we continue to wait and see what viast2 will bring. Another concern I have is with service. Knock on wood my equipment is working fine, however my next door neighbor just switched to dish internet, well it's actually Hughes internet. Dish did the install. The reason for the switch was due to the areas service technician kept stalling on fixing their problem. He wanted to relocate their dish off their roof to their front yard. He refused to go up on their roof so my neighbor had to remove it from.their roof. The the installer cancelled the appointment. My neighbor.then called dish who's technician showed up the next day. Sorry for. long post, my concern is service.
