Over charge for Data usage

Iam getting charged for Data I am not using, My TV is not hooked up,have turned videos off on my phone. why would I show 6GB of usage in one day.

I agree with Brad, that sounds like the Windows 10 Creators Update. I got it voluntarily two months ago but, my husband's computer just got it last week and, it was 5.4 GB. (assuming you use Windows 10 of course.)

If it wasn't that then sending that email is the thing to do. They can give you a better idea of what the data was used for.

I've had some unexpected things use data on me a few times. My tablet because I forgot to turn off its wifi and, it updated 30+ apps, my cell phone does it now and then with any update over 100MB and, once my husband connected my DirecTv receiver and, set a program to record ALL episodes - it recorded 208 episodes, many of those were On Demand, while we were away for the weekend. Oops LOL.

Brad will see what happened and, help you prevent that in the future, and if it really was an Exede/Viasat error, they will make it right.
