Over a 24 hour period my speeds have been down to 0.1mbps with the highest I've seen being 3mbps for a bit around 8 this morning.

I'm on the unlimited plan and haven't went over the data cap. This is outrageous and we shouldn't have to put up with this new policy BS. Heck they ain't even going by their new policy and they won't do anything to help.

I've sent a complaint to the FCC and the FTC and I ask you all to do the same. 

It's not hard just google how and you'll find it pretty easy.

I'm not sure if this will do anything but I feel I have to say and do something.

I filed a complaint on AT&T and it sure got there attention. Keep us posted.
