outage is constant,update almost every evening no internet during that time ,im 45 mn from loa angeles ,it should not happen, customer services extremely marginal ,you are always wrong .base in the philipine , ,exede used almost obsoletete equipment (cornod) , if i was not in the recovery progrm i would dump them. THING ABOUT IT ,DO YOU REALLY WANT THEM TO BE YOUR SERVICES PROVIDER AND BE OUT OF SERVICE ALMOST EVERY DAY???

Hi noel,  Viasat/Exede aims to consistently deliver professional service to our customers. I'm sorry you feel you are not getting that. What can we do to turn this around.  Outages are unforeseen and we do our best to restore service to our customers as soon as we can.
