For the last hour we have had one blinking light on the modem. We unplugged the modem and router, and plugged it back in, still out. No service. We have clear blue skies, and our other separate satellite I have for work is up and running.
You probably mean you have one light on solid (the top one) and one blinking light (the 2nd from the top). That means your modem is not seeing the satellite. Could be a number of things assuming you have clear skies south of you and a good line of sight (no tree limbs grown in the way). Dish alignment error, bad TRIA, bad coax, bad modem. If it doesn't clear up on its own by tomorrow, you will likely need a service call.
