Outage continuing?

I've been out all morning. I see Exede personnel saying the outage is over, but I'm still down as of 1:27 pm CST. How 'bout you guys?

Mine was back up 4 1/2 hours ago.

I've been back up since about 2 1/2 hours ago. I would try rebooting your router and modem just to make sure and then giving customer care a call.

I reset modem and router. Still having problem Getting this: No data received

Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data. Been getting this for 2 days.

Hi Susan, that sounds like an issue that is unrelated to the outage that happened this morning. I would give Exede customer support a call to see if they can help resolve the issue. You can find their number at https://www.exede.com/contact-us-exede/
