Kris, what are the lights on the modem doing. This would help others in trying to help you. Also, send an email to email@example.com along with your account number and a phone number. They will help you get things back up. It may take a service call to your house. There is a possibility that the tria was damaged from the lightning, or that the dish was moved out of alignment with the wind.
