Our Exede Internet service has been pretty flakey lately. All 4 lights are blinking off & on the modem. What does that mean?

Hello Dennis,

This is definitely not the experience we want you to have, I apologize. As far as all four lights blinking in unison on the modem, including the power, this would indicate that there is a fault in the line to which can cause intermittent connectivity. I would be more than happy to look into this problem for you. Please send your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com. Thank you

This happens all the time for me--my service has been below average most of the time since I got it 2 years ago and I'm still looking for options. The last guy who serviced my antenna said they put the antenna in the wrong place because an electric wire passes right in front of it, about 4 or 5 feet away, and it should be at least 10 feet from any such wire. So maybe the answer is to have you guys come out and set it up correctly? I suspect whoever installed it took the easy way out and that just set me up for perpetually mediocre service.
