Some credit/debit cards have expiration years later than 2022, believe it or not, but the field for that information on the online payment site only goes to 2022. So EVERY TIME, I have to call customer service. Can't you just fix your payment portal so it can handle at least a 2023 expiration date?
Oh, I could change the expiration date on the automated phone system (supposedly), but it still made me wait 20 minutes on hold to speak to a representative, only to find that the date STILL wasn't changed, but now I have to wait until "tomorrow" because the information can only be changed once a day. Stupid, aggravating, system.
