Ongoing problems

Once again I have less then satisfactory service from my account.
Having said that I will say Exede is still much better then its competitors.
I have both voice and internet services and both are messing up and have been for a while but getting worse.
This is my problem.
First the phone is very unreliable. while on a call will either have poor quality or the line will get static and drop the call, this has been ongoing and I now avoid it and use my cell instead.
My problem with the internet is that most mornings it does not work, I get up i and start the computer and wait for anything to load, sometimes I get Facebook sometimes I do not , sometimes I get my mail and sometimes I don't.
Many times nothing will work and I turn on my phone hot spot and it all works great while I reboot my useless Exede modem.
This is not what I pay for and am considering just using my cell since I am forced to use it a lot of the time anyway due to Exede problems.
It looks like Exede has exiting things and improvements in its future but paying for part time service now is beginning not to make sense!
I am very familiar with satellite and know its limitations and also know how to reset and basic trouble shooting.
This has been looked at before that has ended with slight improvements in the internet but no fix in phone service, phone adapter has been changed with no improvement.

That sounds like it may be an alignment or equipment issues. My voice and internet have always been very reliable, and are on 99% of the time. Heavy storms will cause loss of signal but, it takes one heck of storm to do that, just a cloudy day with light to moderate rain doesn't disconnect me.

I'd email them and, maybe ask about getting Easy Care if they say you need a service call.

a lot been having same issues lately I think its a push of easycare just my opinion. but if your under contract still why would you even need easy care?
