once again data gone and noone home and customer support when you call sucks

Data disappearing no home pc router isnt plugged in noone home and data just dissappears. Several people complain about same thing and still it happens. I am between 2 houses right now and have been since february. Home anout 1 hour before free zone. Noone gets on cause some people work and go to school just dont make since as to why it got fixed after complaining on here it was fixed for 2 months and then starts doing it again thanks exede

Send an email to exedelistens@viasat.com with your account number contact info and reference this post. One of the support employees here will contact you and take a look at your account and if necessary escalate your account over to engineering to have them look deeper. There's also the chance that Neil might catch this and have you contact him.directly but I would start with the email and go from there.

iv gotten already tired of calling and being on hold for and hour or 2 on weekends, being my only time off work, and missing skyping my daughter in college 10 hours away!!! I'l just be glad when my 2 years are finally up so i can get rid of this internet that is a joke!!! especially for what i pay every month

I had the exact same issue.  So I downloaded an IP Scan program and found out there were hackers on my network, 190, and 15 smart phones.  My bill was 276.00 for the month.  I reported the hackers.

Havn't seen any of the folks in a while. I'm sure they are still watching but very seldom step up and help.
Can't speak for the others you're referring to but if referring to me...

As a certified "paid shill and liar", I'm simply on strike for higher wages and only occasionally drop by now to enjoy the circus - hey look, Rita Moreno's kid is back... he's always good for a few chuckles  ;)

If a legitimate question comes up that's unanswered during those rare visits like today, I may respond. Otherwise I simply let the moderators do their jobs.  

P.S. Did I mention I'm also a "rube", "hick", "don't know what I'm talking about", "only use the internet for email", and apparently "only work for minimum wage"?

I knew you all were setting up there like grumpy cat, in the bleachers. I get bored havn't worked for some time and can't help myself although I have been warned I'm skating on thin ice. As far as you being a '' rube hick '' I think we all know how that Fox Trots Anyone can copy and past but help like you guys did was really something else. I'm still using the programs you suggested. I didn't mean '' step up and help '' In a negative way. We all know why and if I wasn't so bored I wouldn't stop by. It was nice talking to ya and the messenger will be by soon to direct us.

Randy? I am another unsatisfied customer from day ! !!!!! I had mant techs to my home but they never did a thing, and one offered to hook up a wifi router (which i was told was included when i signed up), only to call again a week later and was told i had to disconnect it. This service it horrible and i would never ever recommend it to anyone!I have very little time on my CPU and when I am home, I like to skype with my daughter who is 600 miles away, Only to see dragging and then get cut off! All I can see is a pile of colors in a ball when she is on!.............. Thank you for such great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I will be charged for early term fee???????????????? to get out of this??? Pull up my records on how many times I have called and techs have been here!
