On windy days, I lose internet connectivity. Is my dish installed properly?

Are there trees that might be blowing in such a way as to block a clear view of the southern sky for your dish? If not then it is possible that it needs to be tightened or adjusted. You can call support and ask about it but, I think that would require a service call to your home.

Also depends on how hard wind is blowing and from which direction. When wind is blowing from south at 40 miles+ an hour can't keep signal. Dish keeps sort of bouncing.

There could really be a number of things. Trees blocking the Line of Sight, the reflector plate could have been loosened, really the best thing you can do is to call us at 855-463-9333 and we can quickly see if the dish is mispointed or anything
