OK - Who Broke the Usage Meter?

I was working so hard to establish a baseline usage with my new crackdown of internet at the house.  I am not complaining about free extra data, but what's up with the usage meter reset?  Is it a gift to customers for current issues?  System glitch? 

Did someone unplug the wrong cable?

PS - This post is meant to be more of a humorous tone, so please take it that way while at the same time letting us know what's up.

Lucky bum. Why don't I ever get a free reset, even if I have only used 1 GB so far this cycle. LOL.

whats up with the data, i had 10gb n get told they are all used up 9 days before my new billing cycle so i buy 1 more gb and two days later all gone, and cant get anywhere when i call to find out, i have never had any trouble before with my data always had enough, something fishy going on, may have to cut my service n go with someone eles. Is anyone eles having this trouble

No problems with my data going away, except for what I am using. Glasswire tells me where my data is being used, and how much. The Exede meter is in agreement with Glasswire and my Asus router traffic monitor.
