My new billing just turned over from free late night 90 minutes ago and it already shows me having used 3 gigs!! Ridiculous! I have not even been on!!

Do you have something running in the background?  I can help you figure out what is going on.  Please send me an email to with your account and contact information.  We can go over your usage categories and find out where your data is being consumed.

How can it be used if your on the free time. it is not to count but it does.
