Not worth the hassel.

I called exede to have moth internet temporarily turned off to get caught up on bills. I told them that that I would call when I wanted my service turned back on. I was told that I would have to pay a small monthly fee for the box which was fine. I was a sure that all I would have to do was call when I wanted my service resumed. Now I was just told that I owe box fees because my debit card is expired. so now that fee will have to be paid before resuming my service . so now I have to wait until my payday before getting it turned back on. I have been a customer for at least 4 years, however I about done with satellite .

It sounds like you put yourself on vacation mode. Unfortunately this forum isn't tied to your account in any way so you'll need to contact our billing team at 855-463-9333 and they can work with you to get a minimum balance paid and once you're ready to get back fully on we can add the payment method back on.
