Not what I ordered

I recently had Exede installed in my home. When I ordered, there were 3 packages that I saw online and these were my only reasons for ordering. They were Evolution and two Freedom Packages. The "middle" package which was the Freedom (6 month Promo) package. Which would have been 69.99 per month and unlimited for 6 months. After having everything installed, I checked my bill and see that 64.99 is billed and is called Evolution 5. I immediatedly contacted someone when I saw that there was a mistake. I was then told that the package I ordered wasn't available in my area but that there were 3 other packages available. I was annoyed but from them I chose a package that was 79.99.. and had lower data amount than what I agreed to when ordering...for a higher price. Then I'm told by chat that it isn't even available. After several emails and chats..I finally got another email saying that they can't change my package or I will lose my promo. Even if I were getting the Evolution package advertised..It was advertised for 49.99. So now I have a package I didn't agree to with lower data and it costs more. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is there anything I can do about it? Is there a period for changing or getting out of this contract? I know it's probably there and I'm missing it but right now I'm aggravated. Since that email, I haven't contacted Exede since. I paid my bill though!

You should end an email to the moderators here on this forum at, explaining your situation. Exede Kimberly or one of the others will check into what is going on and will help you. You will get much better results than if you call the CSD by phone.
