Waiting for installation

Yeah we need to talk about this whole service and installation. You were supposed to call and you haven't. We were told the bandwidth is 150G for $59.99 per month and now I'm see it is only 12G. The whole premise was that you would come and see if it is possible to get service into our home. You need to call us or we will just cancel this installation.

And who the heck is Exede Internet? I was told the name of the company is Viasat

You can go to http://www.exede.com/ and put in your zip code to see what plans are available to you. If you need more than those offer, you might want to consider inquiring about a business plan.
