Terrible choice of plans, overly expensive, ALWAYS going over our 25 gb
I feel like we're taken advantage of for living where we live. Our "choice" of internet providers is: HughesNet (basically the same as this) or dial up. Talk about a freakin monopoly and taking advantage of people who choose to live off the grid!! And don't get me started on their *******customer service. RUDE isn't even the right word! Any time I contact them with problems (frequently) I get treated like I'm stupid.
