they constantly restrict data ,don't even try to please the customer and block sites,i have a site right now being blocked,i used to be on it every day then they decided to block it and i cant log into it anymore,ect,ect,ect,ect many reasons it is very upsetting a company gets you where your desprite and treats you no better,i have data loss all the time when nothing is being used or being used the same as always one time it will last 2 days another time a week same data being used,told me it was my router so i got new one same issues.

do you have any devices that are connected to your router??? if so then the updates onto the devices automatically download updates. you can always turn off the wifi onto the devices. it might be the devices that are connected to it. so id double maybe triple check ANY devices.

Can't say I have ever had any sites blocked by Excede. What sites are you talking about?

Well you may be right. I got into the forum


It's not Exede blocking traffic, their home router has a messed up routing. Please try to get a firmware update for this router.

This is the prudent smart thing to first do to check on firmware update regardless of when you would think. Then after that you can disable your A/V and go to RedFox and if that works then your Router isn't the problem. But a firmware update is something everyone should do if there is no update then disable the A/V and try RedFox to see what is really blocking it.

Then I suspect you got a A/V that is a problem and is blocking RedFox site, I see where the A/V would secretly put the block in without the user knowing about this only to find out when they try to get to a site that is blocked or unable to access. I know of Norton is one of those programs that do that. But since no one is there to see what the setup is you will have to do your diagnosing to find the problem as well. Since you said not a ISP or Router problem then next would be a A/V blocking problem.

That's a good thing for you.
I'm on beam 369 and other people I know with exede are on 369, or 368.  We can't go there but you apparently can.  Shows an inconsistency with exede.

 The error exede issues is "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"
