Horrible experience with Exexr Internet. Agents provide you false information in regards to what their services offer based on your needs.

Sylvia, I'm sorry you feel that an independent dealer offering Exede Service misled you. Unfortunately, I have heard of this happening by local installer who are less than above board in an effort to gain customers.

If you send an email with your account and contact information as well as what you were told vs what you got to exedelistens@viasat.com, the team of Exede employees here will do all they can to address your issues and, find a working solution for you.

This is how I ended up signing up. Was told on 3 different occasions by rep that my speed would not
Fall below a certain speed. Nothing can be done about that now and the rep is still out here selling his wares
