Not happy with service.

I have not been able to take advantange of the gigabite giveaway and don't understand why. Can someone explain it to me? I was told I was eligible for it, and then when I requested it I was told no. It is very frustrating.

If you're listening Cathy, it was a plot by exede to offer new customers more data for the first few months.

It doesn't include you, but they failed to mention that. You know, for equal opportunity reasons, lol.
