not happy with exede they say one thing and next month say another

i payed my bill with an exede assoc together with card exede said bill is 50.91 to pay in full conformation # #######  payment reciept zero bal on march 8th assoc said march 24th bill will be a total of 60.59 total nothing more remeber a zero bal on march 8th i want the recorded call from the 8th of march to proove my payment and the discussion with exede them selves saying and documenting this statement . if u refuse to have me here the recorded call u cant shut off my service do to a complaint of over charges the bill is not being paid on the 24 of march because of this issue non payment means not paying a bill this is a discrepancy and waiting on exede to fix the problem before interuption of service again its the 24th now today of this documented callls and email and kept for our records contact us asap *PHONE NUMBER REMOVED*

I am a bit confused.  Are you saying you called to cancel service, paid your balance, and was charged the next month?

I would suggest sending an email to viasatlistens@viasat.com if you canceled service and continued to be billed.
