Not getting set up

It has been over a mounth and I still do not have a phone.Thay turned my home phone off and not sent me my phone yet.every tine I call I have to drive 5 miles down the rd.Heaven help me if me or my mom have a emerancy.When I do call thay say thay for got to send it out. I thank that is a lot of bull.I need help and I am not getting no were.Is this what I am going to get from EXEDE INTERNET....i THANK THAY BROKE THER CONTRACT.....

Say what???  Exede supplies the phone?  Woa...  I bought my own (Panasonic KX-TG7872S) and it works great. (1/4 mile range easily, out of house and around outside)  I'd kind'a like to see what Exede would have supplied.

NO exede does not supply the phone.I have my own phone,but alot of good it does when you can not hook it up.And still pay for it.

No. Exede does not provide the phone. And it would be highly unusual for Exede to cancel your existing phone service. It is normally recommended that you keep your phone service until Exede Voice has been installed. It is also necessary to keep you existing phone service until you have ported your number.

Oh...  I thought you were new.   Well then, it looks like you made it past the 6 mo. beta test, or in any other industry, 'the probationary period.'    Yes, it was a joke but more of a complement.  You're doing a great job, so good in fact, if I were your employer I'd hire your brother (if you have one).

Normally the dealer or installer will only install Exede Voice if it was ordered at the same time as the Exede service or if it is sold to you while the installer is on-site. If you order it later, the ATA will be mailed to you with self-install instructions. If a tech is coming back to install it for you he is going above and beyond normal expectations.

Craig, thanks a lot! I sincerely appreciate the compliment. I believe in this company and this product, and am very happy to be here.

We're new to the Social Media side of things; we took over for the previous team about a month ago, but the three of us all have all worked in the corporate escalations team here at Exede HQ for a while. As a part of that team we handled the previous Social Media team's escalations so we're familiar with it all.

I don't know Craig if you notice it or not but the waive of the future is to remove the champions or keep the few that stay back, You havn't seen many around have you?? I know they will deny that it is so but thats ok, if you notice the rude pushy people are not comeing in. Kinda of makes you wonder. And Beau is doing a good job beings it looks like Kimberly and Amber answered to him under the escalations team.

Jim mine was mailed to the wrong address and the tech did come back out and install it. He was great and did a lot on his own, He was very assistant that I call him with any problems first. He went out of his way several times. It's called customer service which is a dying breed.
