Hi, after initially getting a response to my first email to exedelistens, and replying to their request for information, I haven't heard anything back and am still in the dark as to when my problem may be looked at. The exede employee stated in the response that their internal systems were down and they were unable to schedule the service until they were back up but would contact me as soon as they were, which is fair enough. That was 5 days ago. I've resent my email with the case number several times but still no response. Just wondering if you are getting my emails?
