Billed for extra month?

I have been a customer for 47 months and in the last 6 months I have excided my usage every mo.
No one can explain it to make sense.
Cant get a supervisor so they put you on hold for hours at a time .
Have already switched to Hughs Net this week
Then they billed me for extra MO and wont refund it.
I am a disabled Vietnam Vet and do not need any more drama in my life
Shame on Exide

I'm sorry you switched to HughsNet before you found out why you are using all your data.  You will still use all your data with HughsNet until you solve your issue.

many things I disliked about hughesnet but that is a long story.. however when I had that my 10 gbs of data lasted 22 to 28 days or so. with exede my 12 gbs last 10 days. interested in your experience with the switch

awwww. im so sorry that you left exede :'( but yet your probably are using your data like if your using a router and also windows updates also do tend to like use your data the most. also if you own a router then itll eat up your data if you have more than multiply devices connected to it. but im am so so so sad that you left exede :'(
