No WildBlue Connection/service

At our Colorado cabin last week we could not obtain WI Fi. We got a message to contact our Wild Blue Connexion supervisor, but no phone # and you are not listed in the phone book. We had no WiFi, so couldn't get your web connections. We had to leave our cabin 2 days early as I needed to get some key documents before meetings in MN Monday. Please fix our system, as we can't be at our cabin w/o connections.

Hugh, I'm sorry that happened to you. You will need to contact Customer Care here: https://www.exede.com/contact-us-exede/ You may wish to write down the phone number for future reference as well.

Alternately, you can email your account and contact information as well as an explanation of the problem you encountered to exedelistens@viasat.com and, someone will help you.
