When I upgraded the tech had me set "throttling" on. Ever since my MS Office will not update itself. How do I tun throttling off temporarily until the updates come down?

Throttling has nothing to do with Microsoft program updates, those are handled with the normal Windows update process.  Throttling in Microsoft Office programs is related to mailbox limits.  Read through some of these applicable links and see if you can narrow your question down to an exact problem.

THANKS! i did get to a tech at EXEDE which suggested that the issue was within Windows 10. I dug into 10 and fixed the "metered" setting. That fixed the problem!
Thanks for the timely reply.

Good, glad you found your problem ☺ and you also learned there's a big difference in using the terms "Throttled" and "Metered" ...
