Sheila, I don't know where you live but, you may be one of the customers affected by the Tornado at or near the Hays, KS Gateway as per this announcement: https://community.exede.com/exede/topics/kansas-tornado-impacting-service-aug-10-qevr78aghtm7n

If you are not on that gateway, please call support at 855-463-9333 for the fastest assistance. If you are not sure, call anyway, they can see if you are affected by the tornado. Hold times may be longer with the outage due to the tornado.

What does http://192.168.100.1 show?  That page should always come up, since you are only going to the modem in your house and not to the satellite.  If you post a screenshot, please make sure you remove all personal account information first.  You want to look for things like SNR, which should be 6 or higher, and for any red or yellow symbols that indicate possible problems.
