I have always felt that it was better to contact my vendors with praise...HOWEVER, I';ve had a bad customer service experience with Wildblue/ Exede/ Viasat. My service is in our vacation home in a remote area of NC. I rely on the internet service to control a number of functions and to perform my work when I am there. I have had modem problems for two months. I've been through trouble shooting 3-4 times and without service for 2 months!!! I can't believe that you expect to retain customers when it takes two months to receive a new modem!!!
