No service for almost 4 days.

We have not had service for going on 4 days since a big storm where we lost power. I have tried to reset the wi-fi modem numerous times to no avail. The wi-fi modem will just continually flash white, attempting to connect.

I could not seem to find a way to contact customer service directly via email.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Just a thought or two. Did you restart your whole system, modem/router/computer. If is was a snow storm, make sure the dish isn't covered in anyway with snow. Just some ideas, good luck!
