Are you guys still down? We are too. Why are they not letting us know about these issues? Ridiculous.

This could be a problem affecting your spot beam. I am in central New York and my Exede internet is working just fine.

Reports here and elsewhere where people have identified their service areas suggest problems on the augmented beams (the older Wildblue satellite).

But everything's humming along here in Virginia on Beam 329 going through Lovelock, NV and Salt Lake City.

Stephan;

I opined on another thread but forward it to your management to consider having a text notification service where if you do planned maint or upgrades on the various beams or unexpected outages you could send out a push notification so the customers know there is an issue.  Would save your customer service people a lot of headaches and customers wouldn't be getting so angry at times.  And then if a customer didn't get a notification and had signed up for it then it could be assumed that the customer may have a problem on their end if it's not weather related.
