No plans available to change to.

Why can I not change my plan? When I try it shows two available plans but then when I submit my changes it tells me no plans are available and gives me a number to call>

Also my connection is so slow that it is unusable during pass mode, and I purchased several GB a few days ago to log on a day later to see they weren't there. I also saw my plan said 30GB wifi, then the next day it said it was 10GB liberty pass.
